Joined a startup with strong organic traction but no monetization infrastructure. Built the entire ad stack from scratch, redesigned the game economy, and led design on two GameHub Top 5 titles.

    GameHub 2026 — Top 5 again. Second year running a title landed in the Top 5, this time with intentional monetization from day one.
  2. Mar 2026
    Started PMP certification. Formalising the project-management instincts I've been using informally for years.
  3. Dec 2025
    LTV ×9 milestone. Five months of ad-system redesign, economy tuning, and placement strategy — from unmonetised to profitable UA.
  4. Jul 2025
    Joined Corochti Studio. Left VNG after 2.5 years to help build Vietnamese-themed casual games. First time as Product Owner.
